What is epicanthic fold?

Epicanthic foldrefers to the skin fold covering the inner corner of the eye. If the gap between the eyes is wide or the width of the eyes is narrow, or if the eyes give too sharp an image because of an upwards slant from the epicanthic fold, much smoother and more attractive eyes can be created through epicanthoplasty.
