Deciding  on surgery

I always have been little insecure about shape of my nose because my nose is very flat from my side point of view  and It's not defined. 

I would like to have more mature and slim nose.

And then for my chin also very short and pushed in.

So I've always been little upset about that.

And I have squared jaw angle and my cheekbone always get chubbier when I smile.

So I don't like to smile a lot.
