I got facial contour, eyes and nose surgery at once. I had no worries about anything because I already know about Braun. So I scheduled for the surgery on the day of consultation. Honestly, I was a bit nervous as it was my first time to get big surgery. I hate pain and even can't get a shot well. Before surgery, I was under the general anesthesia, since it was a quite big surgery, I was worried about the anesthesia but only thin I can remember is I heard I will be under the anesthesia so closed my eyes. And then when I opened my eyes, the surgery was done and nurses were telling me to breathe deeply. As soon as I opened my eyes, it was hard to breathe, couldn't move my mouth due to swelling and felt very nauseous. I took a rest in the recovery room for 30 minutes and felt better. I was so thirsty but I could drink water after 40 minutes. Then I fell asleep again. Breathing only through the mouth is quite difficult. I had bloody phlegm in my mouth and had drains for blood on both sides of the inside of my mouth. Also, it was hard to open my eyes so I applied the ointment and covered with the dressing. On the next day, I got discharged and came back home by cab. I used a syringe to drink water and lost some weight cause I couldn't eat properly. It was uncomfortable but now it wasn't a big deal. lol The real swelling began on the day after I got discharged. It was really bad as almost about to explode. I waited only for the day of removing the splint. At night, it was pain a bit so I took some Tylenol. I got high-frequency treatment for the swelling. When my friends saw me, they teased me a lot lol On the day of the splint removed, I was really happy! And also I realized how comfortable it is that I can breathe through the nose! I finally could taste the food so I ate a lot on that day! My face was still swollen which was quite understandable as I got many procedures at once. But since the stitches on my eyes and in my nose were removed, I could go back to normal life. I needed to wear eyeglasses and mask though. It's been a month and a few days passed since the surgery. I already can see the difference in my facial line. The swelling is subsiding a lot. All the stitches were removed and I eat a lot. However, the swelling still needs to be subsided so I will try to post another review later. My nose and eyes were also done really nicely but I wrote only about facial contour. I didn't follow the post-op care properly. I didn't do ice and warm packs and didn't take a walk. Also, I needed to lose weight but gain almost 8kgs. I had no problems with eating after removing the splint. Thanks for all! Now I came back to normal life and have no problem at all for going back to work.
