Hello. A few years ago I got my primary rhinoplasty done in another clinic as they were doing a discount event. I didn't notice but as time passes, I could see the implant got deviated. So I removed the implant 3 years after and got filler on my nose because I didn't want to put implant again. But there was a limitation for heightening my nose with fillers but still, I was afraid of revision surgery. But since filler doesn't last long term and also I didn't like the shape, I felt no satisfaction. In the primary surgery, I used my ear cartilage to heighten my nose tip, and it can't be removed, so my nose tip looked upturned. I wanted a straight but a slightly curvy nose line so finally I decided to get revision surgery and started searching clinics. I chose Braun and another clinic and got consultations. In the first consultation at the other clinic, I didn't feel like the doctor cares me and simply explained that he will use silicon and cartilage to heighten my nose. And he also said that I need to get double jaw surgery cause I have an asymmetric nose. It was all of a sudden and felt unhappy. So I left the clinic. After a few days, I visited Braun for a consultation and could feel a different atmosphere. I could know where to improve and was pretty detailed. So I decided to get my revision surgery at Braun. On the surgery day, before surgery, I told the doctor that I want kinda dramatic change. I was so nervous until I got under sedation but when I woke up, the surgery was done. It was tired with the splint and cotton inside the nose for 5days and swelling was bad. But after removing them, the swelling subsided really quickly. And I got swelling treatment too. In the primary surgery, I had big bruises on my face and took some time to get better but this time, the bruise wasn't bad and got better so much faster than the primary. And this is the 2nd week after the surgery. The doctor said my case was a bit hard as the asymmetry but the result came out just like what I wanted! At first, I was worried about the nose looked too high cause I told him I want dramatic change. But he said that I need to wait until the swelling subsided and didn't make it too high. Now I can see the line is perfectly made harmony with my face. I only have some minor swelling and very satisfied with the result! I recommend Braun to the people who are thinking of revision surgery and thank you so much for the result!! |
