Hello I have struggled with my square shaped face for my 30 years life. So I did everything I can do for my facial line such as botox, filler and even got face massages which cost about a million won. However, since they are kinda simple procedures, my face didn't change at all. So finally, I decided to have facial contouring surgery. Since I am living in Busan, it wasn't easy for me to go to Seoul often. So I searched a lot about the surgery online and read many reviews. I especially looked for the clinic having anesthesiologist because facial contouring surgery isn't a simple procedure. There were some reasons why I chose Braun. First of all, Inverted 'V' Osteotomy, the safe surgery method that only Braun can perform. Second, the relief that there will be no shadow doctor. Third, the anesthesiologist staying for the whole surgery. And lastly, the most important thing, 'result'. I saw lots of after photos from various clinics. The main models are all different among the clinics and the results are different by different surgeons. (I am sure that if you searched a lot, you will know what I mean!) However, I really liked Braun's results that they were very natural. I got not just a facial contouring surgery done but also revision double eyelid, ptosis and lateral canthoplasty done. The doctors at Braun really listen well what I said. The doctor tried to find the crease that suits well for my eyes and I felt he cares me. When I met him after the surgery, he taught me the eye muscle exercise that helps my creases to get symmetry. Thanks for that. I am so happy these days because my co-workers are giving me lots of compliments like the result came pretty, envy, and even asking how my eyes settled naturally in 6 weeks after the surgery. Since I am working in an industry that has more women than men, the compliments are very detailed.lol I am kinda touched because even the people around me satisfied with my result.lol If you see my picture above, my eyes got much bigger and prettier! I got my facial contouring surgery done a week after my eye surgery. In the surgery room, the anesthesiologist relieved me and I fell asleep. When I woke up, everything was done.lol To be honest, the first day was painning. (only for the first day though.) However, I was fine after I got pain killer through IV drip. If I feel pain more, I could get more, but I was okay with it. The day after the surgery, the dressing around my face and the two blood drains were removed. Then I heard the post-op caution and got discharged. I put the headband around my face for 5 days more. I got swelling treatments and washed my hair. The stitches under my sideburns and high-frequency treatment on the 4th day. The mouthwash that given to me was a bit disgusting for me but I did very often to prevent inflammation. I took a walk for an hour every day and follow the post-op caution as much as I can. And the 2nd week after the surgery, I met the doctor for my last check-up. He told me why I didn't mention about filler because the surgery plan changes depending on it. Must tell him if you had filler before surgery!! Nevertheless, my result is good enough to be satisfactory. And this is my 37th day since surgery, I am satisfied more and more day by day. My protruding cheekbones and square jaw were disappeared!! My face got much smaller and looks even classier now! It's a miracle!!!!!! I am posting many photos for the people who are thinking about plastic surgery. My self-confident improved a lot now!
