Small cheekbone and large jaw is my case. <Before surgery> Originally, I was one of the people who had no intention to have facial contouring surgery. I was looking for a clinic for my eyes and nose, and then I got information that Braun is good at male plastic surgery so I started just looking into Braun’s website. After reading two male reviews from Real Story and decided to have facial contouring surgery. Right before the surgery, Braun was the only place where I searched on all the popular cosmetic online cafes; there were many other places mentioned on that online café site, but I found out that Braun is very famous for facial contouring surgery. I went into all the plastic surgery sites and compared the pictures before and after, but my mind was already in the Braun. I got even more hooked by Brown because I found accidentally that Real Story model came out in another beauty video. I noticed that the before and after - photos were not sales skill but real. So I had kept my eyes on Braun for 3 years from 2015 to 2018 even though I look like a stalker. As time goes by, facial line began to stand out and asymmetry began to get on my nerves. And because of the large face size, my desire for the facial contouring surgery has grown even more. As soon as I saved my money after my examinee life is over in 2017, I went straight to have a consultation. I had to go to another area for a while from mid-December and late-December, so I was in a hurry to ask for a consultation on the day during the peak season. I waited for about an hour and took a CT and had a consultation with a consultant regarding the recommendations and estimation first. I decided to have surgery at Brown 3 years ago, in the first place, so even if I couldn't see the doctor because I had a reservation on the day, I said, "I'm going to do it here. For your information, I'm a college student. When I had surgery in March, I was going to school at the same time. <The day of surgery> It was my first surgery in the morning, so I arrived by taxi. I waited alone in the room because there was no guardian. I waited in the room, and I met the doctor and he began to mark the surgical areas very carefully. I weighed 68 kilograms in my previous consultation, but I ate too much while I was on the job, so I weighed 73 kilograms on the day of surgery. The director a bit disconcerted by my face, which has become more serious than before. I seemed that the doctor does a pretty boy style well. If you look at your eyes through eye plastic surgery, they look like a girl's eyes. If my face shape is also so pretty, I thought I would look like a woman. For reference, general anesthesia makes it harder to urinate gives you a hard time. I think it would be okay to drink water, but I was not allowed to drink water so I had a hard time. <After surgery> You cannot imagine the scene from 'Beauty is distressed' when you see yourself after taking off the bandages. I thought I am an alien. The upper part of the face was swollen, and the lips were 4 times bigger, and the chin looked very small. For real, I looked like an alien. Fortunately, the sensation of twinge, which is a symptom of nervous return, has been on the first day. Normally, there is no sensation around the surgical area, and then the twinge sensation comes along and after that all the sensation comes back. However, I already had sensation somewhat. Now most of it came back. I've been at home for a week, and I've had so much soy milk and pumpkin porridge. Before the surgery, I was told to drink soy milk for 2 days so I thought that that is crazy, but I didn't want to eat anything after the surgery because it has so tiring to eat. I started eating soy milk on the third day. I only drank water until then. The hardest part was rinsing my mouth with red solution. After a week, I went to school wearing a mask. Since then, I went to school without a mask. My friends told me that the surgery really went well so I became naturally handsome because I do not look like I had surgery. Everyone says this is worth it. It's been a month now, and when I meet people I've seen before, they told me that I look taller or I must have lost a lot of weight. No one notice that I had surgery. I wanted to make sure it didn't look as obvious as I had surgery in the first place. Therefore, I am sooo satisfied with the result~!! The swelling is also continuing to go down. The director said that if the swelling goes down more, my face will look more natural. After the contour, my confidence will grow and the fear of taking pictures with the back camera will disappear. <After facial contouring surgery> 1. Diet is absolutely necessary. That's what the doctor said, when it comes to money-making effects, dieting is essential. I had the operation at 73 kg, but I did my best to lose some weight, and now I'm down to 66 in a month. I ate only tofu, soy milk, and three eggs per day and did not exceed 800 kcal a day. 2. Since cheekbones and nose are connected, after cheekbone surgery, there might be blood running from the nose just by sitting and standing up. However, this is a symptom that appears shortly after cheekbone surgery, so you can ignore. It will go away by itself. Also, cheekbone surgery produces blood phlegm. It has been 1 month now, but the color is getting thinner and I'm not worried. The Blood phlegm is that has passed the throat during surgery and must be dark brown as red medicine because it is old blood. 3. Our masticatory muscles are very powerful. It is connected to the jaws and the temple, but in order for the cheekbone to stick well, we should not push ourselves to the limit and test it. 4. A cold pack has to be done until the 3rd day in order to stop the blood. From then on, a warm pack should be done to help removing the swelling. Important nerves, lymph nodes, and blood vessels pass through our face, and they need to be recovered quickly to settle quickly. Therefore, it should be warmed moderately, but you are greedy too. Note that if you go to a fomentation room, a sauna, or take a long half-bath, you may get scar inside. Removing the swelling too late does not help with wound healing. So I took a 30 minute walk in the house. 4. A cold pack has to be done until the 3rd day in order to stop the blood. From then on, a warm pack should be done to help removing the swelling.
