I've been thinking a lot about facial contouring surgery and rhinoplasty due to my bumpy face and overly sharp nose. I looked up a lot of information about plastic surgery online and chose Braun because it is well known for getting both facial contouring and rhinoplasty done at once whereas other clinics' reviews say lots of failures for getting both of them done at once. Maybe Braun is the only clinic that is good at both of facial contouring and nose surgery. And also, I couldn't find any failure reviews. Some clinics as large as Braun often have bad reviews on websites or communities, but I couldn't find any bad reviews of Braun. Lastly, Braun solved all the anxiety about my surgery. In the consultation with doctors, I was able to know the problems of my face shape and nose and heard how the process will be going for the surgery. It was trustful and made me decide to have surgery at Braun. I had 3D Rotation Lifting Zygoma Reduction, square jaw reduction and nose revision. The doctors are famous for facial contouring and male rhinoplasty. The surgery date was Thursday, August 17. Since I am living in a province area, came to Seoul, got accommodation and took a rest. I had to do a fast for eight hours before the surgery, so I ate dinner and didn't even have water since then. I was worried about the surgeries, but I still slept well. Next morning, I went to the clinic and changed into a patient's uniform and had one more consultation with the doctors and heard about the surgery process and side effects. Then went to the operating room. The anesthesiologist came and I fell asleep. When I woke up, the surgery was over. I was hospitalized for a day due to facial contouring surgery. I thought it would be very difficult and tired after the surgeries though, I was pretty ok after lying on the bed for about two or three hours so I was able to use my cell phone, played phone games and went to the toilet. The hardest part was that I couldn't breathe through my nose as there were cotton pads inside to prevent bleeding, and also through my mouth properly as well because of the dressing and the swelling around my face. The next morning, I got rid of the blood drain on my lower jaw then discharged. It was a little more swollen than it was right after the surgery. And for the clients who are coming from the province area, Braun books accommodation the day after the surgery. It wasn't paining that much though, it was still hard to breathe through my nose. So I asked the nurses for removing the cotton but if it bleeds there will be more swelling so I wasn't able to remove it soon. The swelling stopped on the fourth day and removed on the fifth day. That was the happiest time after the surgery. After getting rid of the cotton the swelling went down really fast. From the seventh day, I went to school normally and was like no one could notice me had surgeries. After 2 weeks, I visited the clinic to remove the stitches in the nostrils and mouth. The doctors checked me up and said I am good to relieve. I thought most of the swelling subsided but I was so happy to hear that the swelling will subside more. |
