Revision nose surgery!!

It was my 3rd nose surgery.
I didn't like the length of my nose so wanted to extend a bit longer but my first and second surgery didn't make it longer but just higher.
Then I found Brown! I heard from my friends.
For the five days after the surgery, I felt a little uncomfortable due to the cotton stuffing in my nostrils. Other than that I am so satisfied now.

Those are the before surgery picture and the after picture that I took a week after the surgery. So still there's some swelling on my nose.
