It's been two weeks since I got revision face contouring (Inverted V Osteotomy). I am a man living in Busan. I had cheekbones and square jaw surgery in Busan 6 years ago. The outcome was bad and my face shape looked more angled. I've been living like this for six years. Last year, I got a lifting laser and it looked more noticeable by the lifted skin, I decided to get revision surgery. I honestly had 2 more consultations after Braun but the kindness of the consultant; the confidence and the surgical techniques of Dr. Kim made me choose Braun. I made a reservation right after I met Kim Tae Kyu Won. I think everyone is talking about it in the latter part of the year. I can feel it when I get counseling. I lied on the surgery bed, closed eyes and when I opened my eyes, the surgery was done. I felt a bit dizzy and kept falling asleep and awake repeatedly on the first day in the recovery room. On the next day, it gets much easier after removing drains and dressing. I remembered that I had the dressing around my for 2 weeks in my first surgery which I hate the most but at Braun, it was removed after 2 days so I felt so comfortable! I took 2 months off because the swelling went down in 2 months in my first surgery but now the big swelling subsided already so I should get back to work soon. It is nothing compared to the first one! It proves the surgery time wasn't long. As the surgery time is long, the swelling goes long. I am happy with the surgery that Dr. Kim developed because comparing to the T method, the face shape is better and recovery is fast. He is great! For designing, I wanted V line and leave some length under the ears on the side look, he caught what I want right away! So if you are not sure how to design your face shape, I recommend asking Dr. Kim as he has lots of experience. It's just 2nd week after the surgery, still have a little swollen but the face shape is already looking good just like what I wanted. I am very satisfied now and was going to take a CT again to compare before and after but even just looking itself, it doesn't asymmetry and my face line became smoother! Now I want to have revision cheekbones surgery...... I am a bit shy but posting my photos for you guys. Before, my face was actually a rectangle. And thanks to all the medical staffs at Braun! |
