Hello, I got revision rhinoplasty 2 weeks ago at Braun
It’s been 10 years since I got the primary surgery done at other clinic, and I felt like this was the right time so I made such a big decision. It didn’t really bother me before, yet every time I took a picture of myself, it stressed me out, especially my nose tip. I desired a natural-looking nose in overall but not too natural. I had Braun in my mind over years so I first made a reservation for consultation. In fact, I had a look at reviews on some other clinics. However it appeared that none was as excellent as Braun. The shape of noses in the reviews looked perfect to me.
In fact, two days before the surgery, I started getting extremely nervous but the doctor said to me “relax~” and the rest of medical team also kept talking to me in order to make me feel less nervous. Soon, I fell asleep. Even after the surgery, they still took good care of me, which was awesome.
The first day, I coughed a lot, and had the same symptom of a cold such as fever even when I did do nothing..
Swelling was only for 2 days after surgery, and no more afterwards. Bruises also got a lot better.
I actually did ice pack as much as I could.
From 2 days after the surgery, it got much better so I started walking around whenever I had free time. Swelling was ongoing for 3 weeks with my first rhinoplasty and nose bleeding didn’t stop. However, I didn’t struggle with nose bleeding and had only little bruising. I think it’s because of the doctor’s skills.
I walked at least 1 hour per day, then swelling starting go away even faster 5 days after the surgery, which was when I also took off the splint. A week after the surgery, the shape of glabella and nose bridge looked the same as now with some remaining bruises. Now, swelling on both sides of nose and alar has almost gone. I can’t be more satisfied. My mom and friends compliment on my natural-looking nose, which makes me happy I appreciate the doctor for this, and I think his skills and sense are absolutely amazing!
