photos : after My rhinoplasty review just 2 weeks after rhinoplasty Before the surgery, it appeared that I hardly had a high nose bridge. But then, due to the hump and bulbous tip, my nose itself looked so wide. To improve that, I got a surgery on my nose bridge, and tip along with alar reduction too. As taking advantage of being on reading break, I went to several clinicis for consultation. Then, I went for Braun where I had the first consultation. The reason why I ended up with Braun is, I found the medical team at Braun so realiable. During the consultation, the doctor talked through what kind of surgery I needed and why. What I liked more about the consultation was, he was being so honest and made good points. When I woke up, the surgery was all finished. The postoperative care was excellent as well. The medical team gave me all the information that I needed from a to z. 2 days after the surgery, anti-biotic shot + ointment 3 days after, anti-biotic shot + ointment 5 days after, splint removal + cotton inside the nose (sitches were supposed to be removed, it was pushed back because of my recovery status) A week after, stitch removal 2 weeks after, stitches inside nose removed + follow up with the doctor Everytime I went vist Braun for postoperative care, the entire medical team took excellent care of me, which made Braun itself more reliable. We all know postoperative care is as important as surgery itself. In fact, after the splint removal, I was quite concerned because it appeared that I still had a lot of swelling left. However, the medical staff told me it would get better and that wasn’t the final look yet. In fact, a week after, the shape started getting defined and I realized my concern wasn’t worth it. The outcome is more than satisfying. Since my previous nose wasn’t that flat, many people around stopped me from getting rhinoplasty. Though, I was self-conscious about mine so I decided to go ahead. Now, everyone keeps giving me a compliment on my nose. In fact, it has been only 2 weeks so I am expecting it to get better over time even though I am already satisfied with my current nose. I appreciate all the medical team for the great outcome. |
