He told me that Braun is the best for facial contouring and rhinoplasty, which made me choose Braun without any hesitation. Since I was younger, my face used to be big and flat coming along with the square jaw and protruding cheeks. In fact, I got botox in my square jawline for about 5times. During the consultation with the doctor, he sighed telling me it’s as big as men’s. He also told me that in every plastic surgery, revision surgery is the most challenging and he would do his best so there won’t be any need for further surgery afterwards. I found himself more reliable after what he told me.. He comforted me even on the surgery day, which I appreciate very much. Because this is contouring the facial bone, I was extremely scared, yet I didn’t have any pain after the surgery (I used to be one of those who think it’s lie that the surgery is not painful) I didn’t have any hard time with general anesthesia either. As getting off the operation bed, I burped, and then I felt so much better like no nausea at all. After I got discharged, I still didn’t feel sore but only discomfort to wash my hair. As for stitch removal, I was surprised that it happened real quick. The hard time is only for 7~10 days, and it’s not painful-hard time just discomfort – hard time, I thought of my post surgery period as a chance to lose weight so I also went on a diet for weight loss. I ended up losing about 8kg in 10days. As for swelling, the best treatment is I think a lot of walking. It’s been close to one year and now I can sleep on my back and yawn just as before. Though, it was bone contouring surgery, I am still not very ready to do something that give pressure on my face. The other day, I went to see a doctor for the first time in a year for follow-up. I was told that my bone recovered well. In fact, I was surprised at my before & after photos. Until then, I didn’t realize how big change I made. If you are self-conscious about anything in your face, and plastic surgery is the only way to help, then I definitely encourage you to go for it so that you can live your beautiful life without getting stressed out. I appreciate the medical team who made time for the follow up even when they were extremely busy. |
